Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, reason for return and any relevant details. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • The item(s) must not have been used or damaged.
  • The item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless noted below.

Refunds Policy:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions of our returns policy. If the item(s) meet the conditions, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all refunds:

  • The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the item(s) minus any shipping or restocking fees.
  • The refund amount may be subject to currency conversion fluctuations.
  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

  • If you receive a faulty item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • If you receive a damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
